Program Description

By opting in to JunkFit Hauling SMS Alerts, you consent to receive text messages from JunkFit Hauling related to your junk removal service requests. These messages include:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You will typically receive 1 to 5 messages per transaction (e.g., per booking, estimate, or completed job). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages unless you separately opt in to those communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all text messages sent and received through this program. JunkFit Hauling is not responsible for any charges from your carrier. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages:

Reply STOP to any message from JunkFit Hauling.

After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled service appointments.

Carrier Information

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by texting STOP.

1. General Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by JunkFit Hauling ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a junk removal company based in Glendora, California, serving Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley. By booking a service, using our website at junkfithauling.com, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Service Description

JunkFit Hauling provides junk removal, hauling, demolition, and cleanout services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By booking a service, you represent that you have the authority to authorize the removal of items from the property.

2. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

2.1 Estimates

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for junk removal services. Estimates may be provided based on photos, descriptions, or on-site assessments. Photo-based estimates are approximate and subject to change upon on-site inspection. The final price is always confirmed on-site before work begins.

2.2 Pricing

Pricing is based on the volume of items to be removed, the type of materials, and the complexity of the job. Certain materials (such as concrete, dirt, brick, and tile) may incur additional disposal fees due to weight-based landfill charges. Heavy items or items requiring special handling may also affect pricing. All pricing is communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

2.3 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Any deposits requested are noted on the estimate and are applied toward the total balance.

2.4 Additional Charges

If the actual scope of work differs significantly from the original estimate (e.g., more items than described, items located in difficult-to-access areas, or additional disposal fees), we will inform you of any price adjustments before proceeding. You have the right to decline additional work.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone at (626) 605-1930, or by email at junkfit.junkremoval@gmail.com. We offer same-day and next-day service based on availability. Appointment times are estimated arrival windows and may vary depending on job scheduling.

3.2 Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion, particularly if the crew has already been dispatched to your location.

3.3 Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.

4. Service Terms & Conditions

4.1 Access

You are responsible for providing adequate access to the items to be removed. This includes clearing paths, unlocking gates or storage units, and ensuring our crew can safely reach all items. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may be unable to complete the service or may need to adjust pricing.

4.2 Prohibited Items

We cannot accept hazardous materials including but not limited to: chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical or biological waste, flammable or explosive materials, and certain electronics containing hazardous components. If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, please ask before your appointment.

4.3 Ownership of Items

By requesting removal of items, you represent that you are the owner of the items or have been authorized by the owner to dispose of them. JunkFit Hauling is not responsible for items removed at your direction. Once items are loaded onto our vehicle, they become the property of JunkFit Hauling for disposal, donation, or recycling at our discretion.

4.4 Property Protection

Our crew takes reasonable care to protect your property during the removal process. Please point out any areas of concern before work begins. Minor cosmetic wear (such as scuff marks on floors from heavy items) may occur during the normal course of junk removal and is not considered damage.

5. Liability Limitations

5.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkFit Hauling's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

5.2 Insurance

JunkFit Hauling is fully licensed and insured. In the event of property damage directly caused by our crew's negligence, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

5.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, or equipment failure.

5.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JunkFit Hauling, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of item ownership, or your negligence.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Good Faith Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith and in a timely manner.

6.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact JunkFit Hauling in writing (via email at junkfit.junkremoval@gmail.com) to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within 10 business days.

6.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County, California.

6.4 Small Claims Court

Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in Los Angeles County, California.

7. Website Use & Privacy

7.1 Website Content

All content on junkfithauling.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of JunkFit Hauling and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7.2 Data Collection
