How Our Pricing Works

We price by how much space your junk takes up in our trailer (12 ft x 7 ft x 4 ft tall). That's about 12 cubic yards of total capacity. One cubic yard is roughly the size of a washing machine. Every job is different: bigger items fill the trailer faster, so fewer pieces can equal a full load. Larger jobs like full-house or estate cleanouts usually take more than one full load.

Heavy items affect pricing

Concrete, dirt, brick, and tile may cost more even if they take up less space, because disposal fees are based on weight. We always assess the job on-site before giving you a final price.

Quarter Load

~3 cubic yards
Quarter load — JunkFit trailer about one-quarter full of junk
  • A few large items — a couch or mattress set plus some bags
  • One small room's worth of stuff
  • One or two big appliances (fridge, washer, dryer)
  • Larger items fill the space faster, so even 1-2 big pieces can be a quarter load

Do you charge for estimates?

No, estimates are always free with no obligation. You can send us photos by text for a rough range, and we'll confirm the exact price when we arrive on-site.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. The price we quote on-site is the price you pay. That includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal. The only exception is if we discover additional items that weren't part of the original estimate.
